RETURNS & REFUNDS

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email will be responded to as soon as possible. If goods have been dispatched, items will need to be returned by the customer once received. The cost to return the goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of delivering the items will be deducted from any refund.

Please Note: We also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods), that they exhibit use (including self-assembly and attempt at disassembly). The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods value.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email 4youareblessed@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Your email will be responded to as soon as possible.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS

Please note: goods that are customised: personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

RETURNS

Our returns policy is 14 days from receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (or any inserts as provided), and in its original packaging. All packaging must be sealed and secure for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be reminded that you must post the product(s) within 14 working days of receipt of the order to receive a refund. Item(s) returned beyond this time scale might not be eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We highly recommend using a tracking service, so that you can check the status of your return. We are not liable for any parcels lost before they reach us. We only become responsible for parcels sent back to us when they are received at our returns address. Until this point, your parcel is still in the care of the postal service provider. Should your parcel be lost en route, you will need to make a claim with your postal service provider.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage which is non-refundable unless the item sent was incorrect or faulty upon receipt.

Any return postage cost refunded by us will be based on UK Standard Delivery Post Office (Second Class signed for), for the weight of any incorrect or faulty item you return. If you choose to send any non-faulty items as well, the return postage cost for these items is non-refundable.

Please note that if the return postage cost exceeds the original order amount, we again add this to your original account used to purchase.

All products returned to us will be checked. If you are entitled to a refund, then we will refund the price of your item. Returns will usually be processed within 14 working days upon receipt of goods and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of a cancelled order. We will refund the original account used to purchase the item. We will contact you via email as soon as we have processed your return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges unless you received an incorrect or faulty item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of placing an order, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
