Some time, in spring 2020, during the planning and beginning stages of 4YouAreBlessed, I was standing against a spiritual attack on my body. I positioned my heart to rest in the Lord and immediately went into resisting it. I understood how to use God's Word and I take speaking life and blessings over myself and my family very seriously.

This attack, however, was persistent and had me weak and rolling in pain, that I couldn't stand or sit still. Coming against what was happening to me was somewhat challenging. It was hard for me to think or concentrate, let alone pray and speak. I knew what I was dealing with was spiritual. However challenging it was and as a Christian who walks closely with the Lord, I have learnt to constantly meditate on God's Word and speak His life over my body whether in pain or not. For the power of life and death is in the tongue and we have been given a life to live and faith to move mountains.

I was in so much pain, that it was difficult for me to even lay still. Regardless of this, God was showing me things and giving me visions about my future. Lol, right in the middle of an onslaught. Best be told, I've learnt to pay close attention to the way God speaks and what He does, whether a situation seems good or bad. He's taught me that what He shows me is key to what He has in store for me. For His Word is a lamp unto my feet. This experience, though, was too much, that I could just about pay attention. I told God that I couldn't write those visions down right now, He was going to have to remind me later. At that point, I knew, I needed to guard my heart to rest and just trust God to put me to sleep, even though this had been going on for a number of hours already. I believed that if God would put me to sleep that I would wake up fine, whenever that would be, but what I didn't expect was to have an encounter with Him.

Although struggling, I forced myself to be still as much as I could and fixed my eyes on God as though in the boat with Him, (Mark 4:38). The next thing I recall is that I was in a dream.

In the dream, I was as a little girl, about 5 or so years old, lying on the floor rolling in pain next to a puddle of water and I saw God the Father, dressed in His white robe that came all the way down to His ankles. He was so tall that I could only see from the level of where His hands were to the floor. He came over to the little girl, picked her up and stood her on her feet and then placed over her an adult size t-shirt. It was a berry-coloured t-shirt with my logo 4YouAreBlessed printed in bold Silver.

The t-shirt looked how an adult size t-shirt would look on a five year old child. It came right down to her ankles. As soon as He placed the t-shirt on the little girl, all the pain had stopped… They walked away together holding hands in perfect peace.

When I woke up eventually, in the early hours of the morning at 2am, there was absolutely no pain, not one single evidence of pain. No sense of pain could be felt. Not even a symptom. I almost had to question if anything had even gone on during the evening before. The dream had happened so quickly and yet I had slept for so long.

The colour t-shirt that God had placed over me in the dream, was not yet part of the spring t-shirt samples. I had not purchased any samples in berry yet, though it was one of my colour options as part of my plan for that year’s summer, (minus the silver logo). So God, not only brought about deliverance in my time of need, but also confirmed to me His desire for 4YouAreBlessed, His approval of my design plans for that year, whilst revealing that which He has for me in the future. God has let me know that these designs are not just special, but they are truly Blessed. (Capital letter intended).

For me this was a great encouragement, to have God confirm what He is doing and wants to do with 4YouAreBlessed Clothing Designs. It is my intention with 4YouAreBlessed Clothing for people to have the opportunity to wear God’s spoken Word of Blessings over themselves, knowing that God’s Word is full of His power and life.
